this oversized jacket is fully lined and finished with buffalo horn buttons. it can also be worn with the collar turned up for a different look.

the fabric is made from 100% wool, offering a smooth touch and refined appearance.

crafted from a plain-woven, strongly twisted wool “heavy poral” fabric produced in bishu, it combines suppleness with firmness, giving the material both structure and flexibility. the garment is product-dyed, enhancing the depth and character of the fabric.

this piece is naturally dyed by kitta in okinawa using yashabushi (japanese green alder / alnus japonica). the dyes are entirely hand-produced from ryukyu indigo and various local plants such as leaves, branches, bark, fruits, and roots. each step, including wood-fire boiling and fermentation, is carried out by hand.

due to the influence of the natural environment, no two colors are exactly alike, resulting in subtle variations and a rich, expressive finish.
